Returns & Exchanges

We want you to absolutely love your Caltori pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 90-day return policy on all U.S orders.

90-Day Return Window (U.S. Orders)

You have 90 days from the delivery date to return your jewelry for a full refund. All returns must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn
  • Including all original packaging and documentation

How to Return

  1. Email support@caltori.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Package your item securely in its original box
  4. Return using the prepaid shipping label we provide
  5. Once received, we'll process your refund within 1-3 business days

Terms

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or damage
  • Original packaging is missing
  • The item has been altered or resized
  • More than 90 days have passed since delivery

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Rather than returning and reordering:

  1. Email support@caltori.com with your exchange request
  2. We'll help you select the right piece
  3. Ship your original item back using our prepaid label
  4. We'll send your exchange as soon as we receive the return

International Orders

At this time, all international orders are final sale.

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the United States.
